About me

I’m Harri, an experienced REPS level 3 Mat Pilates Instructor, Personal Trainer, Advanced Fitness Instructor, and a UKA Leader in Running Fitness. I’m passionate about healthy living, plant based eating, staying fit, ageing successfully and making it all fun! I lead several running groups in Marlow and in my studio I teach regular Mat Pilates classes, hold TRX training sessions and train clients privately.

Running is a huge part of my life - through it I’ve made new friends and learnt that my body is capable of completing challenges I once never dreamed possible - like running lots of marathons. I also get to spend a good part of my life outside in stunning countryside running along the Thames Path, which is positively life-enhancing, as you will see if you can join me.

It’s not all about competition and challenges though, it’s about continuing to do something enjoyable for as long as possible, without injury - and that’s why Pilates is so important.

Pilates was a life-changing discovery for me. When I started practising it regularly I was amazed at how it contributed to my wellbeing in all sorts of ways…then I discovered TRX suspension training and the combination of both have really improved my overall fitness and running performance. Add a plant based diet into the mix and not only did I lose weight without even trying but I also feel healthier than I have done in years!
