"I just want to highly recommend Harri’s Bootcamp. If, like me the word 'bootcamp' fills you with dread, I would encourage you to give Harri's a try.
I have run with her and done her Pilates classes over several years, Harri has incorporated both into this 45 minute session. Yes it is at 6:30am on a Wednesday but after I have dragged myself out of bed and given a bit of time over to exercise, I am ready for whatever the day may throw at me!
I don't do pushy, target, got to keep up kinda bootcamps. I am always at the back plodding along, walking as well as running and I am building my confidence in that being okay. The combination of running and power pilates which Harri incorporates into the 45 minute session is fab and she is such a supportive and caring teacher.
